Where do we ship?
The states we currently ship to are as follows:
- District of Columbia
- New Jersey
- New Mexico
- New York
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
If you don't see your home state listed, we are dearly sorry. Due to current restrictions we are not able to ship to any state not listed. This unfortunately includes international orders as well.
All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and the title passes to you in California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. When an order is placed the buyer is authorizing Third Base Market and Spirits to act on their behalf to engage with a common carrier to deliver the order. We make no representation relative to your right to import spirits or wine into your state. The buyer is responsible for the shipment of alcoholic products purchased and determining the legality and consequences of having spirits or wine shipped to them.
How do we ship?
We ship all our packages using FedEx with an adult signature requirement.
Where should you have your package delivered?
Shipping can take place at your home, office, or work. When the package is delivered it must be signed for by a person aged 21 or older. Due to this we are also not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Are deliveries tracked?
Of course! Once your order is fulfilled you will receive tracking details to the email address that the order was associated too. If for some reason that email goes missing, feel free to shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will get another email out to you.
When are packages shipped?
We do our best to ensure packages go out within 24 hours of the order being submitted. Typically our FedEx pick up is around 3:00 PM PST, therefore, orders placed before that are likely to be sent out that very same day! A quick note on Friday orders. Orders made after 3:00 PM PST on Friday will have their shipping take place on Monday so please plan accordingly.
What if the shipping address needs to change?
If a change to a shipping address needs to be made, we strongly recommend emailing us immediately at email@example.com. Unfortunately we can't guarantee we can have the address changed, however we can do our best to accommodate any changes necessary. On a case by case basis, if the address change is significant additional charges maybe incurred and will be the responsibility of the receiving party. This also includes packages that are to be held for pickup, which must be initiated by our internal team and not on the recipient side.
