Contact Method

Currently our contact method is email. Emails can be directed at support@thirdbasemarketandspirits.com. Our staff is available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We do our best to ensure we reply to all emails within the same working day, so no need to fret as we aren't busy drinking booze all day! 

Please note that due to our communication being email based it will be important to ensure our email is marked as being anything but "spam" or "junk". Email providers have been doing a diligent job ensuring your inbox isn't cluttered, but some may not know we got the goods!

Products

We do our best to try and capture the true beauty and unique colors each of our products' hold. As such we do want to note that despite our best efforts, we may not do some of these products justice. Please use the images as a reference, and do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you might have!

Please also note that occasionally items packaging or labels may differ from what the image portraits. We will do our best to note that where applicable, or update images as quickly as possible.

All products we sell are standard 750ml bottles, unless noted otherwise. 

Cancellations

If an order needs to be cancelled, we highly recommend emailing us as soon as possible. Due to the fact we try and ship products quickly, it is important to communicate to use that a cancellation is needed, otherwise we may ship the package. In the event that has happened, we will orchestrate returning the package to our facility and cancelling the order. 

Damaged Orders

While we do our best to ensure that packages are sufficiently insulated from the mysterious of shipping, accidents do happen. If you receive an order that is damaged, we are sincerely sorry, as the courier only had 1 job! On a more serious note, please email us at support@thirdbasemarketandspirits.com and we will make it right.

Return Policy

In accordance with California State law, the return of all alcoholic beverages is prohibited except in the event of a defective good. To accommodate such instances an item can be replaced by the same item (where applicable), a store credit can be generated in the amount of original purchase, or a refund can be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase, and does require a proof of purchase for eligibility.

Products that have been opened cannot be returned and all original packaging must be present. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
