I liked it. Sweet and a tiny bit more smoky than the Coffey grain which was nice. A pleasant whisky.
Relatively light color and an interestingly different hue. Long finish and notably more peat than I expected (but certainly not too much.) A great gift for the connoisseur, especially one who's just beginning to explore the Japanese end of the spectrum.
