Third Base Market & Spirits Return Policy

At Third Base Market & Spirits, we're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for all shipments sent within the United States.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Both new and used products can be returned. Used products are eligible for return only if defective.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email.

2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we're happy to assist you with a return. Please contact Support@thirdbasemarketandspirits.com.

3. Cost of Return

  • There is a 10% restocking fee for any return.
  • The cost of returning defective products Third Base Market & Spirits.
  • Associated cost with the shipping will not be returned.

4. Refund Policy

  • All eligible returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, with the currency being USD. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.

5. Address Changes

  • A $25.00 fee will be applied for any address changes after an order has been placed.

Third Base Market & Spirits reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact our customer service team.

Refund/Return Policy

In accordance with California State law, the return of all alcoholic beverages is prohibited except in the event of a defective good. To accommodate such instances, an item can be replaced by the same item (where applicable), a store credit can be generated in the amount of the original purchase, or a refund can be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase and does require proof of purchase for eligibility. In the event a purchase is cancelled while in transit, the product/goods will be refunded upon safe return, but costs associated with transit are not eligible for refund. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable following the confirmed shipment of a parcel. In the event a parcel is returned due to being undeliverable, the products will be refunded accordingly, but costs associated with the shipping will not be returned.
