This is a lovely, fruity, oily juice with a bit of kick from the proof. Honey, tree fruits, and nuts on the nose and palate. I have zero regrets about buying a bottle and would easily recommend it to anyone with a taste for the Irish stuff. But I think there are others at this price point that I'd be likelier to buy multiples of.
