This isn't light or soft, there's a good burn. But, the layers of flavors are terrific with subtle notes of honey, red apple, and nuttiness. Probably won't be my go-to, but it's a nice Scotch for times when you want a little extra punch and zip.
I bought this for my husband on his birthday and it was an absolute hit. He loves this whiskey and intends to make it a staple in his liquor cabinet. He doesn't care about the cost. He cares about the taste, the nose, the finish, the overall quality. And this whiskey checks all his boxes. Five brilliant stars. \o/

Very smooth not going to start the craze but it is impressive when you drink it neat instead of water or a cube. Others for me can do it both ways but neat with this for me with no burn. My 1st bottle arrived, and I immediately order 2 more. Very nice cheers everyone!!!
