Sweet with enough balancing notes to make it enjoyable
Opens on both the nose and palate with plenty of caramel and vanilla; all the colors of the oak rainbow are everywhere here. After the candy notes, you get peppery tannins and a bit of floral spiciness. Easy to enjoy, always welcome on the bar. It's almost, but not quite, a bourbon I'd have on hand all the time. Pretty close though.

He cares about the taste, the nose, the finish, the overall quality. And this whiskey checks all his boxes. Five brilliant stars. \o/

Very smooth not going to start the craze but it is impressive when you drink it neat instead of water or a cube. Others for me can do it both ways but neat with this for me with no burn. My 1st bottle arrived, and I immediately order 2 more. Very nice cheers everyone!!!
