Great Bourbon! Very smooth and has a pleasant lingering finish.

This has notes of caramel and vanilla at first blush, but it washes over the tongue and leaves a bit of a metallic finish. I imagine this is sourced whiskey, and it's finished in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels. This is a women-owned and operated distillery, so I imagine, that makes it unique. at $45.99, I think there are better options.
